I was thrilled when cheerios came out with a gluten free version, but unfortunately my happiness never lasted long. After the first bowl, we were both smacked with abdominal pain. Felt an awful lot like being glutened. Unfortunately after doing some research, the way that the cheerios are processed does not meet the Canadian Celiac Association requirements for being gluten free. I did call the company and my concerns didn't seem to matter, so I'll pass on these for now. -
My absolute favorite snack! I'm a fan of the plain salted ones but my son loves the ones that taste like pizza! They are fairly pricey for what you get, but as a treat or a special snack, they fit the bill!

After being diagnosed with celiac disease, I tried on many occasions to eat oats. Each time I would be left with bloating and belly pain. I had almost gave up when I was gifted a bag of Only Oats. I almost shed a tear when I ate it without any painful symptoms. My son and I both eat it multiple times a week now with no issues. I'm so glad this product exists for us. :) -

One thing my son missed after being diagnosed with celiac disease was instant oatmeal. I was thrilled to find it at our local Shoppers Drug Mart but the icing on the cake was finding it at Walmart for half the cost of Shoppers! My son is so happy that he has found a quick, healthy and filling breakfast. -
