The store is small and cozy, the staff very knowledgeable. You can find these stores in most malls, at least in my city. I went to get a skirt and shirt for my daughter for business competition and the staff were very nice. They advised my daughter what skirt and shirt to get, how to match the accessories, etc. I also buy clothes at Cleo online, they fit well, very good quality and prices... Let's say a dress in clearance is $20. A party dress! The returns are processed in store without any problems. Even the clearance pieces can be returned. The online orders usually arrive within 2-3 working days, except for boxing day when it took 5 days. Their motto is "no sale is ever final" and they do respect it. Very good customer service! Their clothes fit the average woman, curves and all. Made for real women! -
