I would highly recommend it for people with oily eye area as I have repurchased this product over and over again and I have had no luck with eyeliners staying in place except for this Stila Liquid Eye Liner. I have tried the competitor products like Benefit's Push Up LIner and Kan Von D's Tattoo Liner and this one by far is the most long lasting product in my opinion. I just wish that it was a bit more matte in finish and that it was slightly less in price.    -
