This is so delicious! I love Chapman's Premium Frozen Yogurt and Ice Cream and this is one of my favourite flavours. Unlike so many other brands, it is still available in the 2 litre size, so you are really getting your money's worth when it is on for the same price as those that shrank to 1.5 litres or less. With so many decadent flavours available in their frozen yogurt line, you can enjoy this treat with less guilt! -

I am totally against bottled water in general for so many reasons (environmental, social, and economical) but Nestle's track record is particularly bad. They buy up wells from communities who can't outbid them and continue to pump out millions of gallons of water during record droughts. They pay almost nothing for the water then sell it for a huge profit. For those who don't like the taste of their tap water, there are a variety of filters available. Personally, my tap water tastes way better than this product. -

I loved this cereal as a child, but only had it on very rare occasions as it is quite expensive. Maybe that is why I still crave it today. Whenever I see it on sale or have a good coupon, I make sure to stock up on it. It is great with added fresh fruit, yogourt, or just as is. With only 8 ingredients (whole wheat, whole grain oats, raisins, brown sugar, skim milk powder, almonds, malt extract, and hazelnuts), it is not only tasty but healthy, too. It also comes in No Sugar Added and Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa) varieties. -

Although I usually buy 100% whole wheat bread, I thought I'd give this a try as it was available at the same price as the smaller whole wheat loaf. It is made with Canadian honey and a small amount of whole wheat flour, giving it the texture of white bread with just a hint of sweetness. I wouldn't make it my staple bread for sandwiches, but it is a nice treat, especially at breakfast. It toasts up nicely, too. -
