The product does have a discernible fragrance, while this doesn't bother my skin, I don't find it to be particularly pleasant. It is quite strong so beware if you are particular about the scent of your products.

I like its unique feature of showing up as different colors depending on the person's lip/body, but its quite sticky! The balm applies well, but you have to be careful not be apply too much product as it will look cakey on the lips.
