HORRENDOUS customer service... yes, I agree with the previous comment, they belittle you.. I was asking for a date and time to go in there and DAVID was a complete jerk... told me I was taking too much of his time and asked me to hurry up. He also said he didn't have time for me because I was asking too many questions. Jerk, jerk, jerk... DO NOT spend your money here, on top of it, the haircuts are very basic!    -
