So I will start by saying I use another Dove conditioner... But I was open to trying a new one.
This one was a little more heavier scented than I'm used to (surprised with so many places going scentfree they aren't more aware of it) and I found I needed more than usual to leave my hair tangle free (I have long hair) with that being said it did a good job of rinsing out and leaving my hair shiny and soft for days. So in the end I'll stick with my original Dove conditioner and use this one as a mask for spa days.

I will admit that the artificial sweeteners did take a toll on me, making me groggy shortly after consumption.
However, it was 4 hours before I started to feel hungry again (depends on each person's metabolism).
Not a bad shake. The chocolate was rich and delish
