Horrible customer service! I forgot to enter the free shipping promo code and ended up pressing send too fast. Literally 1 minute after my order I wrote to them explaining the situation and asking them to apply the code or cancel my order so I could re-order with my promo code. They refused to do both and answered me that I could return the clothing or refuse the package but that in either case they would charge me the shipping fee.    -
