ILoveKickboxing Vaughan is like no other place! This happened to be the only place so far that’s been able to keep me motivated, excited and always looking forward to my next work out. This happened to be the only place so far that I’ve got addicted to, and not just my body but also my mind! As soon as I miss couple days due to my abnormal working hours, right away I start to crave those classes, which are intense and challenging but at the same time fun and exciting. I have been attending some kind of training through whole my life but this is the only time where I see and feel such great results within a short period of time. It has only been couple months but I already feel stronger and see my shapes have changed. It is amazing to see all participants with different shapes, sizes and fitness levels who all walk out from each class with their own sense of accomplishment. Special applauses to those who really had to challenge themselves and have achieved amazing results, well done guys and keep going!!! And all that above wouldn’t happen without phenomenal instructors who are with their consistent enthusiasm and positive attitude make all of us want to come back again. I love ILKB Vaughan!!! Give a try and you will love it too!    -
