Perhaps if you take the more long-term you may be able to see the effects, however I've also heard that ingesting collagen is not an effective way to boost collagen levels inside your body as the collagen in the pill will be digested in your stomach acid. I have heard of these products working for other people however so perhaps if you consume them long-term they may be useful to you -

You rub a bit of it on your shoulder region and it magically helps with sinuses. Highly reccomend this, but I would caution not to put any under your nose as that is a sensitive area and can irritate your nasal mucosa and skin -
