I found this to be very effective for those days when you need immediate heartburn or upset stomach relief as in helps with indigestion caused by excess stomach acidity. However on the other hand I would also recommend that you go see a doctor if you frequently need to take these as you can have symptoms of a stomach ulcer and in the long-term if you stop taking antacids it could cause a rebound acidity. However if you only occasionally suffer from acid indigestion this is super effective! -

I prefer to take Tylenol whenever I have a headache or fever in place of Advil because it has less side effects in general since Advil is an NSAIDs. It's pretty effective in alleviating my headaches and the EZ tab makes it much less difficult to swallow the pill versus the original formula which kind of get sticky if you leave it in your mouth for too long -
