I was introduced to revive smoothies and bowls by a family member. I've been absolutely hooked and have encouraged many of my friends and family to order. My favorite smoothies are grass is greener, acai twist, blue cacao, strawberry zen, pink dragon, liquid gold, berry bowl, and the acai bowl. For some of the smoothies I add orange juice, apple juice, pineapple juice, or coconut water instead of soy/almond/oat milk. For the acai bowl, I added my own granola, honey, and almond butter.
These smoothies are so easy to make when you're on the go and are a good supplement for breakfast/lunch/or for when you want something cool and sweet. I personally have seen my mood increase, as well as my energy, and bodily functions.
My grandma was just recently diagnosed with cancer, and because of her treatment, she has lost a lot of her appetite. I found that she really enjoys drinking revive smoothies when I make them for her, and it has all the benefits of getting her daily nutrition count up (veggies, fruits, grains, and dairy). I definitely recommend you try these and find which smoothies you like best!
