I am surprised that the previous review said that this was so drying. I had the opposite experience. I picked up both the shampoo & the conditioner hoping that it would keep my hair healthy. I really liked it for the first few weeks, but not that I am almost done with my bottle, I am not so impressed anymore after using it for a few months.
I have very curly hair (3b)that tends to be dry/frizzy, that is somewhat thick & just big in general. My hair tends to be very dry and fragile, so even though I dont do too much heat style, my hair gets brittle easily and I get a LOT of split ends easily - its just the nature of my hair.
I was hoping this would help keep my hair healthy and protect it from too much damage. I didn't think it would actually 'repair' my hair (and it didn't) but I hoped it could keep the damage to a minimum.
I was pleasantly surprised at how gentle this shampoo is for being so sudsy. Most shampoos dry out my hair in a major way, and so I usually only wash my hair once a week and cowash daily to keep it from being stripper of moisture. It has been really hot here this summer, and I was happy I could wash my hair 2-3 times a week with this and it didn't feel like straw like I would usually experience. I was actually able to detangle my hair with this shampoo, whereas usually shampooing tangles up my hair like mad. I did notice, however, that it doesn't get rid of build up, and so occasionally I would need to do a deep clarify.
I used it with the matching conditioner, but I like the shampoo more then the conditioner. The conditioner isn't heavy enough for my needs, but I imagine someone with oily or fine hair would really like this combo. I have also read that the shampoo and conditioner work best when used together. It made my hair feel softer, and it did not weigh my hair down. However, it is not like a volumizing shampoo, which are usually really drying. I think that is what makes this product so unique. I do like my hair to have a lot of volume, but usually volumizing products dont work well for be because they make my hair frizzy. However, I think my hair could use a little more moisture then this combo provides, but I would try this shampoo again with a heavier conditioner next time.
I am, however, not excited to run out and get a replacement It has not kept my hair any healthier, as far as I can tell, then any other shampoo. My hair still continued to get damaged (although I will admit I am over do for a hair cut) and my hair is looking really frizzy and unruly the last 2 weeks or so, and so I think it is time to switch to something else.
I did notice this worked best on days when I would do a blow out or flat iron -- for some reason this make my hair look so shiny and smooth when I heat styles it, but it didnt do anything like that when I air dried my hair and made it curly... it's kind of strange, but if you are indeed someone who flatirons daily, maybe you would really like this. However, I think what it does is purely cosmetic and temporarily; I dont think it has made my hair any healthier.
However, I might give this shampoo another go -- its was pretty good, better then some other stuff I have tried by a long shot, but it just didnt do enough for me to want to run out and buy more..

I have hair that gets oily really quick, so I tried this in the evening (had showered in the morning). First thing I noticed was that it stank. I don't know what people mean when they say that it makes their hair smell 'fresh' unless fresh to them means a nasty chemical smell. I followed the directions, and then brushed it out. Wow, there was a lot of white powered in my brush and it was really gross. It didn't feel like I was brushing clean hair but rather like I had a lot of product or even hair spray in my hair.
It was hard to get the brush through. It didn't make my hair look or feel good. There was a nasty, gritty film on it. And if anything it looked more oily than it had prior. Then there is the whole voluminizing thing. It does that, but if that's all I wanted it for, I'd use a different product.
Needless to say, I will not be buying this product again. I do not feel this product is suited to what it claims.

My skin has been acting up a lot lately in cystic under the skin blemishes that were hard to treat. The Noxzema blemish pads that I usually use didn't work this time. I was at my wits end. I had no idea what cleanser to use. There were so many in the drugstore and super centers to choose from. I wasn't sure what acne cleanser to try. I decided to pick this up because it's a gentle cleanser, and I'd heard such great reviews. (This has the same ingredients as the Clean & Cleanser sensitive skin cleanser, but I couldn't find that anywhere, so I picked this up.) This is quite pricey, but the container with a pump is nice. This didn't work miracles right away, but it's slowly but surely calming my skin down and helping to clear it up. (I actually switched one night to the Aveeno Clear Complexion bar and woke up with a forehead full of small itchy irritated bumps that I'm still trying to clear up! I immediately went back to this, and it's helping.) This is a nice basic no frills cleanser suitable for all skin types. It's very basic and contains no acne medications. I'm glad that I didn't choose a medicated cleanser because my skin is so sensitive and I didn't want a repeat of the reaction that I got my using Noxzema last fall. I have been using this and the Clean & Clear Persa 10 Gel treatment as needed. My only issue with this is that is can be quite drying. (The area around my nose is prone to getting very dry and developing flakey dry patches. I was prescribed cream for this before.) This cleanser dried out my skin (which helped with oil control), but it really caused the dry patches around my nose to flare up. Moisturize frequently with this. Other than that, this is a really great basic cleanser. I can't compare to Cetaphil because it's been 2 years since I've used their liquid cleanser (I had excellent results with it), but this one is worth trying out and great for sensitive skin. I will continue to be patient and use this. -

I have eternally peeling lips. Personally, I dislike lip balms based on petrolatum, and the phenol smell of Carmex just turns me off. This eos balm works really nicely for me. It's colorless lip balm with packaging color-coordinated to the scent. Summer Fruit smells faintly of ripe peaches (which I like - both the faintness and the peachiness). Personally I really like the texture - it's smooth and glides on nicely, it's not hard, sticky, oily/greasy, slippery, or overly waxy. It goes on smooth, and the spherical shape allows me to apply to the area around the lips as well if I need. Also good as a primer under lipcolors. I formerly used Burt's Bee's Pomegranate lip balm, but the scent was too strong and cloying some days (and when it melts in the car, it leaks everywhere). The packaging is a screwtop, more spherical than egg-shaped, with a flat bottom and thumb-sized indentation, and has a satisfying click when fully closed; it is cute to look at, easy to find in a purse, though not practical for stowing in a pants pocket. I'm curious how easy it will be to apply when I get down to the bottom of this, though, LOL. I'd love to try the eos lip balm stick too. -

For a cheap mascara it isn't bad, and it sure stays on a long time. If for some reason you want your makeup to last all night into the next morning, it is a good candidate, though your lashes won't look as long after you've slept in it.
However, since it is waterproof it also flakes a lot when you put it on.
Here's the thing though. It's good for basic enhancement. If you want your lashes to look slightly enhanced and not bare, this is good. It will make them slightly darker, longer, and fuller with a light coat, so if you are wearing a lot of other eye makeup or want to look natural, this can be good.
However, once you start to layer it...your lashes will get quite long. But it isn't such a great volumizer, it doesn't make them look full and fluttery. They get long but also kind of clumpy and spider-like. And they'll also feel kind of hard and clumpy when you touch them.
So all in all..if you want a cheap mascara that is basic and doesn't do anything major except some basic enhancement, go for this stuff.
Maybe the non waterproof version isn't as clumpy, but when I tried it I found it very runny and smudgy which is why I went with waterproof.
But if you want your lashes to make a statement or look super full, fluttery, and flirty, I would go with something else.
