I really did enjoy the cocoa chocolate bits in this one. The chocolate was smooth, with a little bit of crunch! This is a good choice if you find plain chocolate just to plain. I found it to be quite delicious!

The crunchy caramel combined with the smooth chocolate was a beautiful contrast of textures and taste in my mouth. Yes chocolate eating can get very sensual...I'm sure that's why us women love it!
I am still a little shocked at the Nutrition Facts, however. 4 grams of fibre/per serving of 3 squares. That was surprising to me! No wonder less can satisfy you more... but remember to drink more water!
This was excellent. A must try.

To be honest, I wasn't really a huge fan of this one. I did not so much enjoy the cherry bits that were in the chocolate. It just seemed to be too sweet for me. The chocolate part itself was good, but I'm wondering if it might be better if there... +

The chocolate part itself was good, but I'm wondering if it might be better if there were dried cranberries instead..?
Out of all the chocolate bars sampled from Nestle, the taste of this one was my least favourite. Overall I would say that the taste of this one was just ok.

For me something that makes the chocolate feel more special is the packaging. The gold foil on the inside makes me feel like I'm opening chocolate bar with the golden ticket from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! Just a little bit of fun anticipation you get when you open a bar of chocolate... like when you were a kid!
Nutritionally it's not that bad either. 70% dark chocolate can give you endorphins -- and lifts your mood! Plus, it is way less processed than milk or white chocolate. Although all chocolate is high in calories, the bittersweetness of dark chocolate (especially I find from this particular one) makes you crave less and eat less of it in order to feel satisfied. This one was not too bitter and had more sweetness to it, which I particularly enjoyed. All the more reason to treat yourself!

I also found it to be really funny, the exaggerated features of the characters (everyone looks a little bit like a rat) gave the movie a fresh dose of humour.
Very cute, a must see!

Okay so I feel a little conflicted about CHANGE. If there was a rating between You Betcha and Fugheddaboutit, I would choose that one.
Service was good for the most part, bras are well made really nice quality. Not enough variety in styles for me though. And I think some of styles look a little too... matronly? I had a real hard time finding a bra that I really, really liked. I think many of them were a little too lacy, red, excessive in the frills, etc. I saw many different styles of grandma-style laced panties as well.
This is the part that bothered me the most:
When I saw a bra that I liked, I asked the lady if they had it in my size. She said they they were all sold out on that one, and if I really liked it then I could just by the bra that had a smaller cup size and a larger band size. Doesn't that defeat the entire purpose of CHANGE's philosophy, finding a bra that fits you perfectly?! Little bit contradictory there!
They don't get very many sizes either... so if you do find one you love, make sure that they have your size before you get too excited. The lady mentioned that sometimes they only get one bra in one particular style and size. Not exactly very convenient for the customer!
Problem I have is that I think that women need to understand that these sizes are different because they are from Scandinavia. Your cup size will increase and your band size will decrease. Flattering, right? It's like "Omigosh! I lost weight AND my boobs got bigger!" Keep that in mind when you're shopping there, because I still don't think you should "throw away" your old bra size in your mind. This is just a specialty store, and to be honest... I think the "unique" sizing is part of the marketing.
Sorry ladies, but I really had to be honest here.

I came across Yogagurl a few years ago at a clothing show. Yogagurl is brand of yoga clothes made by a local designer here in Toronto. I own 2 tops from her and I adore them.
The clothes come in a variety of bright colours like apple green and fuschia (the one I have) and are mostly made from cotton and stretch materials. The clothes have a tighter fit meant for yoga, but if you would like to use it for street wear order a size larger than you would normally wear!
I really like the phrases that are on the clothes, with phrases such as "kiss my asana" on a pair on undies, and the classic "whine less, breathe more" on some of their t-shirts. There are also some really unique pieces like arm warmers and belly warmers!
Being an artist myself, I'm really big on supporting local artists and designers. All the clothes are made here in Canada. It's better for the environment too!
The website is yogagurl.com, there are tons of yummy coloured yoga clothes for every girl! :)

It's a little bit shorter in length, but it looks GREAT with a longer tank top underneath. I love this shirt because it's such an original, fun and cute yoga t-shirt. The cut is different from a regular T and so is the shape. The unique features of the structure of the shirt and the lovely slogan make it the perfect T for yoga. I still wear it everywhere else though :)
It's made from 92% cotton, and 8% stretch. Comfy and stylish!
This shirt fits tight because it is designed for yoga, so if you would like a shirt for street wear, you might want to order a larger size than regular size.
Check out the yogagurl website to see what other cool yoga clothing she offers!

I'm not really a fan of Hard Rock. Loud music + bad food - not the most enjoyable experience for me.

Great colours, great price. It's for novices learning to use 4 shades of eye shadow for one look! Personally I don't follow the instructions they have on the back to a T. I find that that only works for a night time look, and that it's too much for day. If I do decide to put on eye shadow in the morning, I will use only one or 2 colours from the pan. Nice product! The only thing I don't like so much is the packaging, because the plastic will crack and break overtime. I find this happens easily with CoverGirl and Maybelline packaging. Though I must say, it's quite a deal! I think I'm gonna head over to Shoppers and check out more of their shade combinations! But for now this one (Lavender Fields) quite snazzy! -
