The large size is good to target multiple spots at once, although I don't like as much the triangle shape. You can cut them in half if the spot is smaller. They stick to the skin very well and don't move during the night. It works well for active blemishes, in one night it reduces consistently. I prefer the effect of the hypochlorous acid patches though. I haven't seen a lot of effect to reduce post-acne spots and scares after many uses.
