I believe over time its supposed to actually help lessen the blue/purple under eye pigment over time, and I would definitely buy this product again when it runs out to test out that theory. -

It's definitely something that could be used by men, as it's decidedly not feminine, but I also wouldn't call it masculine either. Dries well, not sticky. It doesn't leave your hands dry either. -
