I ordered a pair of shoes, they sent me the wrong style, when I complained the offered a refund, but when I was transferred the money they did not refund their shipping fees. So keep in mind if you order a product you could possibly not get the product you ordered, and have to either accept that or pay a fee for no product at all. Had they warned there was no full refund I probably would have just kept the shoes so I didn’t pay for nothing but a bad experience.    -
