I have recently just got this product (which I appreciate so much!) so I have only used it twice but those two times I was very impressed. The next day after shampoo’ing I did not itch my scalp like I usually do. I also flip my head upside down... +
I have recently just got this product (which I appreciate so much!) so I have only used it twice but those two times I was very impressed. The next day after shampoo’ing I did not itch my scalp like I usually do. I also flip my head upside down sometimes and scratch and have dandruff snowing from my hair- and this didn’t happen with this product!
100% would say if you have dandruff you need to try this product.

I’ve used this morning and night before I apply my day/night moisturizer, I am very impressed with the feel of it when applied, so light, and fragrance free, which I love.
It’s too soon to tell if it prevents cold sores but I will continue to use it and most definitely suggest it to my friends.

The choc flavour was more up my ally but again this is great if you are in a hurry and need something to keep you going. I am not a fan of the protein taste so I would prefer another flavour rather then vanilla... I do know people who like this kind... +

Also, they taste better cold!!

Personally, they are great to have in the morning when I am in a hurry to get out the door and it keeps me going until I can eat at lunch.
I however, am not a huge fan of the protein taste... that’s a personally dislike for me though. The nutritional facts make me keep coming back for more though! Deff worth a try to see if you like them
