This was a thicker formula, which made it a bit harder to work into my hair. It was heavier and almost sticky-like. As I rubbed it on the ends and shafts of my hair, it would tangle my hair a bit (applied after each shower).
However, it smelled great and I did find it helped as a opposed to not using any hair treatment. It left a great shine, and a nice bouncy look to my hair - as well as keeping it healthy.

It has a good smell, and lasts a good amount of time, but if active, may have to add another layer to smell fresh.
