I put this in my hair after most hair washes and from what I can tell it makes my hair super soft and smooth. The scent is not overwhelming nor does it make my hair greasy, I do enjoy using it and will most likely buy it again.

I use this stuff before I brush my teeth with regular toothpaste, I think it does a wonderful job whitening my teeth and leaving them sparkly clean! And it doesn’t taste much like anything but had a light peppermint taste
