I LOVE this perfume. It smells exactly like fresh laundry. I love putting on a light smell that you can just sniff all day! I usually get headaches easily by smelling the scent of my perfume, but this one? It's a keeper. You know one of those days where you just want to stuff your face in your clean laundry just because it smells so nice? This is what I want to do every time I spray this perfume on me, stuff my face in my clothes because it smells so so nice. I totally recommend it. I got it as a gift for my birthday from my boyfriend (hinted by my cousin lol) and he bought it at Sephora. I'm not sure if it's sold anywhere else in Toronto, but Sephora for sure. It costs around $70 for 60ml but definitely worth every penny! love love love love love!

Yummy Vietnamese Cuisine is located at Midland and Mc Nicoll next to the new Go For Tea complex. My boyfriend and I wanted to try a new place and tried this place since it's close to home. Let me say, their lunch menu is surely affordable and their portions are huge! A great bang for your buck! For $5.99 I got a LARGE Beef Special Pho (Pho Dac Biet) and it comes with Hong Kong syle tea/white tea/coffee. I was totally impressed that their bowl was actually FULL with pho so I was able to indulge which seemed like forever and still couldn't finish my bowl. For their regular hours, a small Pho is $5.99 so getting their lunch special is very worth it! Their lunch hours run from 11:00 AM- 3:00 PM.
I totally recommend this place if you're on the go and need to grab a quick and affordable lunch!

The colours I received (courtesy of Chick Advisor) were Sapphire Siren and Sunset Seduction. I must say the pay off was good and I loved using the black eyeshadow in place of my eyeliner for my top lids. I'm not so much of a dramatic person, so I used the colours to make a subtle but cute/flirty look. The sapphire siren I also used in place for my eyeliner so it looked playful to have colouful "eyeliner/shadows". The white eyeshadow is glittery and sparkly so it's super cute to make your eyes pop! I've been using these colours instead of my eyeliner just to play with these colours and in attempt to create a different style for myself.
I would love to try other colours from the Maybelline New York Eye Studio Eyeshadow Quad and would definitely recommend it to all make up lovers (Especially Sapphire Siren!)

I like to use this deodorant just because it smells so nice and fruity. I hate sweating but when I work out and perspire, the smell of strawberries just blossom out. You can never get tired of the smell and it's so light that you'd want to sniff your underarms all day! I definitely recommend the strawberry scent for Lady Speed Stick! -

I finally traded in my coupon for this beautifully made product! I was so excited to use it that I gave little hand massages to my boyfriend's sister and mother and immediately fell in like with the product. It absorbed so nicely and left everyone's hands feeling silky soft.
The price is quite expensive, although Shoppers is having a sale for $7.99 right now! (Thank goodness I got it for free or else I wouldn't have thought twice about trying it!)

This mascara amazed me the first time I put it on! I love how it extends my lashes like crazy, though I'll only use it on days that I'm going for the natural look because I love how easy it comes off with warm water. It actually looks like your lashes are coming off but fear not :)
There's a two step application but I don't find that it takes any longer than just applying regular mascaras. I highly recommend it :)

COVERGIRL LashBlast Volume Mascara
I found that when using this mascara alone, it doesn't do it's job. I would recommend to use it with a lengthening mascara because I got volume out of it but not the lengthening. Yet when I use it alone, it doesn't look so flattering... +

Yet when I use it alone, it doesn't look so flattering. So it's a half half for me. I would recommend L'oreal's Volumizing Mascara and L'oreal's Telescopic for the full length and volume combo ;) -

Usually nail salons have workers that aren't professional and are screaming back in forth in their language and are always rushing their job as it's a competition to make as much commission as they can. I've never been a complainer but since I've been here, I definitely feel as if this place is worth every penny!
The managers enforce the rule of cleanliness, so after EVERY service, they're expected to clean up (sweep, wipe etc) so the salon remains spotless. The instruments are cleaned in soap then alcohol and sterilized in the sterilizing cabinet (much like the dentists).
Each service has a time limit so the workers aren't rushing their job to catch the next customer. They're able to spend a bit more time over the limit but never UNDER the limit.
Any new workers that rush, unfriendly, and unprofessional are released from their job as they have no tolerant for that and high expectancy for professionalism.
The products they use are quite top of the line and it's not expensive at all! Manicures $15 and pedicures $30-which are average priced and $40 for both. Must I add, they have hot towels also!
And another bonus: they play new movies so you can enjoy your service and watch a nice movie at the same time!

This was my first review product I received from Chick Advisor (THANK YOU!!) but sadly it doesn't work. I thought it didn't work on me only so I told my mom and cousin to try it. It didn't work on them either. I think this is the first L'oreal product that failed to please me :( It didn't plump or do anyyything to my lips and might I add, it sorta made my lips dry too. Even though it didn't work on me, I am glad I was able to test it out before actually buying it! Thank you Chick Advisor! -

I love the feeling of the beads scrubbing on my skin. It makes me feel like it's actually getting rid of all the dead skin and oils on my face. I use this every other day in the morning while I'm in the shower (as the steam opens up my pores).
The only downside to this product is that it dries up my skin, so moisturizer right after cleansing is the greatest effect!
