It's a Dove product... need I say more? It's incredible and leaves my skin super soft. I don't even need to add moisturizer after and being in a very dry climate this is a great plus! It also smells just lovely.

I received a bottle of Vim Cream Lemon Cleanser as a member of the PRC and was excited to have the opportunity to test it out. I used the product to clean two bathrooms in my house (sinks, toilets, bathtub/shower, counters). The results were great! All the porcelain, tile, chrome, and countertops sparkled! The product didn't have an overwhelming chemical scent to it, so I didn't feel like I was being fumigated while I was doing the cleaning and it left a nice lemon scent (not too strong). The cream did a great job of cutting through the bathroom grime without a lot of scrubbing. My normal bathroom cleaner is Vim's Bathroom Spray cleaner, and I found that it couldn't cut through the calcium deposits from the hard water here, even after scrubbing to the point of breaking a sweat and feeling like my arm was going to fall off. The Vim Cream Lemon Cleanser was not like this at all! I just gently rubbed the product around the surface and then wiped it with a damp sponge and it was clean!
There was only one downside: the rinsing. I hate having to rinse my bathroom down to finish the cleaning and this product required rinsing. If I didn't rinse it enough there would be a visible film on the surface, but it seemed to lather up more and more during the rinsing process. Eventually it rinsed off and the result was great.
I will definitely be replacing my usual bathroom cleanser with this product! I absolutely recommend it!

I opted to try the Dulce de Leche flavour of Breyer's Smooth & Dreamy ice cream (half the fat) because I'm not a huge chocolate fan, but I love all things caramel.
As far as ice cream goes this one was really good. I found it very smooth and very creamy. It had the perfect consistency and amazing flavour. The caramel swirl in the ice cream was so yummy! Compared to other full fat ice creams, this one tasted very similar. I tested Breyer's Double Churn ice cream last year, and I must say this Smooth & Dreamy was easily as delicious and enjoyable as the full fat alternative from Breyer's. I also found the Smooth & Dreamy to be considerably better than other low/half fat ice creams. I usually find other reduced fat ice creams to taste a little gritty, but the Breyer's Smooth and Dreamy was not like this at all. There is something about the way they make this ice cream that makes it taste as rich and creamy as any full fat ice cream, and to be perfectly honest, it might have even been more smooth and creamy than many full fat ice creams I've tried.
I highly recommend this ice cream on its own merit as an ice cream (not just a reduced fat alternative). If you love ice cream, but want something lower in fat this is the best option out there, it tastes just as good, if not better than other full fat/full calorie ice creams.
Yum yum yum!

I received The Body Shop Nutriganics Smoothing Serum as part of the PRC and I was excited to give it a try. The product is packaged nicely with a pump that dispenses just the right amount of product for each application. I was a little confused with what this product was actually supposed to do because the information on the box and on the bottle was limited. There was a focus on how natural the product was rather than what results I should expect from using it and how long those results might take. From what I recall of the email that ChickAdvisor sent out about introducing the product, it is supposed to help diminish fine lines and smooth the skin. It would have been nice if this kind of information was included with the product itself, even as an insert in the box. The only information about what the product is supposed to do was "FIRST SIGNS OF AGEING" and "Softens, revitalises and improves suppleness" written on the bottle and box.
I found that this product had a strong scent. I have sensitive/oily skin and I tend to avoid anything with any fragrance whatsoever so I found this a little harsh. The serum itself goes on nicely and absorbs fairly quickly into the skin. I was concerned that using the serum under my moisturizer would only add more oil to my already oily skin, but it didn't seem to make much difference either way.
My skin did feel softer after using this product for a few days, and I loved that, but I didn't see any noticeable difference in the fine lines on my face. If it is supposed to be an anti-aging serum (something The Body Shop seems reluctant to print on the product packaging), then it fails miserably in this regard. I also noticed that the product clogged my pores after only a handful of uses. It didn't cause any breakouts, but it did cause a few blackheads (something I don't typically have any trouble with).
I'd have to say that I wouldn't recommend this particular product. It clogged my pores and lacks an adequate description of what the intended results are.

I got this eye cream as a gift with purchase so I thankfully didn't have to dole out the $31 for it. I like NeoStrata products because they are great for sensitive skin and they are generally all fragrance free. This eye cream was not exception. It was really gentle on my skin and didn't have any harsh perfumes or any scent at all. According to NeoStrata, this product is supposed to help rehydrate the skin around the eyes, and diminish the appearance of fine lines. Does it do this? Well, yes and no. It certainly added adequate hydration to my eye area without making it greasy or sticky and it made a great base for my under eye concealer and eye makeup. I didn't notice any difference in the appearance of the fine lines around my eyes though. The skin around my eyes does look a little more refreshed, but otherwise there is little difference.
I like this product, so I will recommend it, but don't expect it to actually make a difference in the appearance of fine lines (a wrinkle cream it is not!).

Although this product is called an under eye concealer, it is my go to concealer for every imperfection! I use it under my eyes and find that it doesn't crease or make my eyes look cakey at all. It covers well and the colours they have match my skin tone perfectly. I also use this on every other flaw (pimples, red spots, age spots, sun spots, redness) and it works perfectly. It goes on smoothly and covers well. I finish it with all over face powder and I find that this sets it up nicely. I have used this concealer for years now and every time I switch it up to see what else is out there I end up right back here with this amazing product! -

I switched to Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser last week because my skin was becoming sensitive to the products that I was using before (and getting red and itchy). My skin is oily and I am always trying to find that magic product to eliminate the oil from my skin. From the first few times I used this cleanser I noticed a huge difference in my skin. The redness and itchiness are gone and my complexion looks more even toned. This cleanser also helps to eliminate the oiliness of my skin without over-drying it, in fact my skin doesn't feel tight or dry after I wash with this. It's incredible. I wish I had switched to this sooner!
The bottle says it has a foaming action (which I really like), but it doesn't really foam up that much. I have to rub it between my hands with a bit of water to get it even a little bubbly, but it still works really well to clean my skin. Despite the lack of frothy foaminess my makeup is removed and my skin feels fresh and squeaky clean.

I love this product! I have been using Complex 15 Daily Face Cream for about a week now and it is so kind to my skin. My skin is sensitive and tends to be oily and I find that this face cream is gentle on my skin, but still helps to prevent shine. It really should be called a lotion because cream makes it sound heavy, but it's not. It's very light and soaks right into the skin quickly leaving a fairly matte finish. I contains Dimethicone which is the main ingredient in face primers so it helps to prevent a shine from developing. This face cream is completely scent free, it smells like nothing which is great! It's definitely not greasy at all but it still has just the right amount of moisture for my skin. I use this under my make-up (I rarely wear foundation, so just under mineral or pressed face powder) and it sets it up perfectly.
The only thing I wish this product had was some SPF! It would be amazing with a little sun protection built right in, but I guess no product can be perfect! The price of this product is also incredible! Under $10 for such a great face cream (but it's hard to find in the drugstore, it's in a narrow white tube 100ml).

I really wanted to love this last step in Marcelle's AC-Solution line but I just couldn't. It has a lot of great things about it including that it's oil free, it helps maintain a matte look, it's hypo-allergenic, and it's designed to reduce breakouts. The problem is the second ingredient in this moisturizer: ALCOHOL. Ugh. I used this moisturizer as the third step in the Marcelle AC-Solution system for a couple of months despite the fact that there was such a high level of alcohol in it for two reasons. First, my skin tends to be oily and I was desperate to dry it out, and second it seemed like it was really helping with my complexion. Although this moisturizer did dry me out, it probably did more harm than good. My skin is a little sensitive on top of being oily and this moisturizer made the area around my nose and on my cheeks red, dry and itchy. After about a month of using this my skin seemed to fight back against the drying effect by producing even more oil.
Although I had minimal breakouts while using Marcelle's AC Solution, I wouldn't recommend using this "moisturizer". If you have acne prone skin but it's not terribly oily (like mine) I would imagine this would be far too drying. It's also quite irritating so if your skin is sensitive I'd stay away. I would suggest swapping out a different moisturizer if you want to try Marcelle's AC-Solution system as the cleanser and toner are great!

I really liked this toner from Marcelle. I found that it worked well (along with the cleanser and moisturizer from the same line) to keep my skin clear and less oily. It left my skin with a slight tingly feeling after I used it and it made my skin feel refreshed. The only downside to this toner is that I felt like my skin was a bit sticky to the touch after I used this (before I applied the moisturizer). -
