As someone who has struggled with allergies my whole life, this product was a game changer. Most anti-histamines leave me feeling groggy, or fuzzy. With flonaze, other than the absence of allergy symptoms I can't even tell i took it. AND it lasts for 24 hours!!. Highly reccomend ♥    -
