Sucrets: Sore Throat Extra Strength, Cherry
This definitely helps with sore throats. The cherry flavor tastes pretty good, for a medication of sorts. I'm not sure if I really like how it makes some of my mouth feel a little numb, but at least my sore throat feels better.

Kellogg's Raisin Bran Cereal
Me and my dad could devour an entire box between us in two days. This cereal is one of our favorites. The crunch from the bran flakes, and the sweetness of the raisins compliment each other perfectly. This does not last long in my house!

I love this drink! I like drinking it before going to sleep, because it is decaff and it has a really soothing flavor. I also like drinking it when I'm sick. I find that it helps with nausea.

This is a decent sports drink. As for the flavor, it kind of just tastes like cherry water. But it works as a thirst quencher after a workout. I got a bottle after an archery lesson, and it really hit the spot.

I actually really like the taste of these granola bars. They are both chewy and a little hard at the same time. Also, they are really cheap if you buy them from No Frills or from Shoppers Drug Mart on sale.
