Sure, they still make a decent sourdough boule and multigrain loaf but they destroyed their whole-wheat recipe 2 years ago and their baguette - often frozen and thawed at store - is doughy and bland and lacks snap. Moreover, save some cash - most of Ace bread can be bought at No Frills under their "Boulanger" brand. If you are looking for well crafted bread and a real baguette then: Blackbird Bakery, Petite Thuet and Goute are all heads above. I mean not even close. -
