I was able to try the Shu Uemura Ultime8∞ Sublime Beauty Cleansing Oil for free. I had never heard of cleansing oil before so I was intrigued. I can certainly say that rubbing oil all over my face seems like the opposite thing I would want to do, but it did actually wash away afterwards and leave my skin feeling clean.
The Good: The scent isn't overpowering and quite pleasant. I didn't need to use moisturizer afterwards as my face did not feel dry.
The Bad: After using this for 3 days, my face started breaking out an abnormal amount. It could just be my skin, but I won't be using this (or probably any) cleansing oils in the future.
The Sachet sample came with zero instructions, so I had to Google how to use the product from their website. I did everything right, but I suppose it's just not for me.

I was able to test the Garnier Skin Naturals Vitamin C Face Serum recently #gotitfree and was not overly impressed. I followed the instructions and after the 3 days it states it takes to make your skin tone appear more even, my face looked exactly the same. Took photos with the same lighting at the same time of day for comparison and there's no difference. Maybe this worked for others but I wouldn't spend money on this product. On the upside it had a nice smell to it and felt slightly tingly after use. #GetAGlowWithGarnier #GarnierVitaminCSerum #GarnierSuperSerums -

I was able to try Breyers Creamery Style Natural Vanilla recently and I was pleasantly surprised. The ice cream was very smooth & creamy. I also used it to make an earl grey tea float and it was DELICIOUS. I think it really compliments whatever you are eating with it. It's very good for a Vanilla ice cream. -

I was able to sample Breyers Canadian Desserts Nanaimo Bar flavour Ice Cream and it didn't disappoint. I'm normally not a huge fan of Chocolate Ice Cream but this mix was wonderfully balanced. If you eat each part separately it's exactly like the layers of a Nanaimo bar. I was especially happy about the coconut pieces mixed in. I did not know that this was missing in my life until today, I'm certainly going to be buying it again. -

I was able to try Dr. Oetker Momenti Spinach Pizza free with a coupon. I normally don't like Spinach (it was the only one they had at the store) but this pizza was actually REALLY good. At approx. $2.50 you can't go wrong. It's the perfect size for one person. The crust looks like a lot but it's actually pretty light and crisp. I would definitely buy this again, great for when you don't have much time to prep a meal. -

I was able to try OXY® Deep Pore Cleansing Acne Pads recently and found them to be quite the lifesaver during a Dodgeball tournament. They allowed me to "freshen" up a little bit between sweaty games. At 10 cents or less a pop you can't really complain, the only thing I found was they are too "moist", at one point the liquid dripped down my forehead into my eye. Other than that they worked well with and without other OXY® skin products. #gotitfree -

I was able to try OXY® Volcanic Ash Acne Scrub recently and really loved it. It smells really good (although I can't quite put my finger on what it is) and works really well. I didn't get any breakouts while using this product and it didn't dry out my skin like some other charcoal products I've used in the past. It is a tad pricy for what it is as I get most of my scrubs for half the price, but I can't argue with the results! -

Recently I got to try Neutrogena's Skin Balancing Micellar Cleansing Wipes and was pleasantly surprised. I don't normally use wipes as I try to avoid the waste but these actually came in handy on nights/mornings when I was too lazy to wash my face and worked well for makeup removal too. The only downside was they smell like my dentists office. They left my face feeling refreshed so I might become a face wipe convert. -

I got to try Neutrogena's Skin Balancing Gentle Clay Cleanser for oily skin and it did NOT disappoint! Most products for oily skin leave my face feeling like a cracked desert, but this one really did balance everything out and leave my face feeling clean and refreshed. I also found that it took a little longer for my face to get oily again and I'm sure it will only get better once I use it on a regular basis. It doesn't really have a smell to it, so for people that are sensitive to this that's a bonus. Would certainly buy it again. -

I tried AVEENO® Restorative Skin Therapy Repairing Cream for a solid week to give it a decent chance, unfortunately I was disappointed with the results. While using this product (in replacement of my usual brand) I noticed my hands were dryer than normal. I also noticed that is doesn't spread as well as some others and I don't love the feel it leaves on my hands afterwards. The one thing I really did like was that is was unscented. I would say this is far better than normal hand creams as far as moisturizing and repair goes, but it's not as good as the one I normally use so I wouldn't buy this in the future. -
