I really liked the taste, it isn't thick or slimy like some other yogurt type drinks. I would love to see some fibre added to this. It is a little costly @ $3.29 for 4 bottles but I think it did actually help my digestive tract. I was feeling... +

I was feeling a little out of wack and this seemed to help settle things down.
