I've been attending the classes with Aradia for just over 2 months and I've noticed some beautiful changes! What I can appreciate is the instructors are real people and the class structure is brilliant. I am feeling so sexy and so in control of my life - something I lost touch with many years ago. I would highly recommend the classes to anyone - we had such a great mixture of women in my classes and yet everyone felt like they belonged as a group.    -
