I'm a fan of floral fragrances and when I came across this one by Yves Rocher, I HAD to buy it to try it. I never buy perfumes or fragrances at full price. THis was on sale at the time, as Yves Rocher is known for having sales all the time. Upon receiving my parcel, I opened up the box and grabbed the perfume. I sprayed it on immediately. It does have a nice floral scent, it's not too strong. THe fragrance features gardenia, fruity notes and spices, so it's a nice combination. I'd recommend it to anyone willing to try out floral fragrances, however, and if I'm correct, Yves Rocher discontinued this product? You can, however, find it on eBay, people are selling it. Overall, a great fragrance that's worth looking into. -

I had a coupon for a free can of Melitta Fair Trade Coffee, so I decided to try it as I've never tried this brand of coffee before. I picked up the Medium roast. I wasn't too please with this one, as even for a medium roast, it was too strong for me. I even noticed that it sort of had on oily film on top of it after i brewed it and added my milk to it. ( You know how that looks). It is a little expensive for my budget, and needless to say, I didn't like it either. So, in conclusion, I have to say I've had and tasted better coffee. -

One of my favourite ice cream flavours is Mint Chip by Chapmans. In my honest opinion, they make the best ice cream there is out there that's available. I love the texture of this ice cream, it's smooth, full of flavour, and they are a well known company, It also helps that they are Canadian. When their 2L go on sale for 2 dollars, I usually get like 3 boxes of it. I usually have a 5 dollar coupon towards any of their products, (you can get up to 2 of these per year, when you sign up on their KidsClub.ca site, play games for free and collect points that are redeemable for prizes). Overall, Chapmans Ice Cream has been a favourite of mine since i was a kid, I practically grew up on it, and still love it. I do recommend their ice cream. They have a wide variety of products which include: ice cream, frozen yogurt, popsicles, etc, and you can even get some of these in gluten free, if you're worried and/or have to watch out for things like that. -

When I first started drinking coffee, I was 15. The first brand that I tried was Maxwell House Original. I instantly got hooked. My mother drinks this all the time, maybe that's why I do? I normally prefer instant, but there are times that I will pick up a can or two, if it's on sale. This coffee, especially the original blend, has a smooth taste to it, it's not strong either, and it gets the job done. I've tried other coffees, and of all the ones I've tried, Maxwell is my favourite of them all. Overall, when it's on sale, I stock up, usually in instant format. I recommend this coffee to anyone out there that's as much as a coffeeholic as I am. Or, if you're new to drinking coffee, start out by trying this brand. -

This blush comes in a compact with four eye coordinating eye shadows. Once again, this blush was given to me (I'm starting to detect a pattern here, lol). This one suited my skin tone better than the last one. Not sure on the exact name of the shade, but to me it has a sort of peach colour look to it. The format is a powder. I prefer powders when it comes to certain cosmetics. This has a nice smooth, easily blendable texture to it. A tip I learned when applying blush, that every woman was told in the past, was to smile, then apply to the apples of your cheeks. Well, to my surprise, I heard that that's not necessary. Instead of smiling, you could also make a fish face then apply the blush. This helps you find the apple of your cheeks. By smiling, this brings your cheeks up, and can make your blush too low. So, in conclusion, I've found that this specific product is worth looking into. Overall, I'd recommend it to others out there. -

First off, I honestly don't remember where I got this blush, I'm guessing maybe my friend gave it to me. I have a tendency to buy/get/have makeup and never toss it when it goes bad, etc., Like I said, I could've gotten from a friend, lol. I'm not the type of girl who usually wears blush, so I told my friend I'd try it, as I never could quite put it on correctly to make it look half decent. She told me how to apply it. This blush in particular has a nice silky touch to it, if I must add. Although I do love L'Oreal products, this one just didn't convince me. It just wasn't giving me that "natural" flushed look on my cheeks. Maybe I put too much, lol. I guess with practice, it helps, lol. Overall, L'Oreal is one of my favourite brands, but this blush just didn't do it. I DO recommend this one for other women, just not for me though. -

Covergirl Wetslicks Amazemint Lipgloss in No Care Bare. Product claims: Is more than a lipgloss, it's a smile treatment. Crest Peppermint Oil provides a minty breath sensation while the gloss itself gives a dazzling high-shine without all that sticky.
Reason/s why I love it: It's by a brand that I've been using and love for the past 16 years (Covergirl), and will continue to use. The shade is perfect for me; I have a light complexion, so it's hard to find a colour that doesn't look too extreme on me. I'm not usually the type to wear lipstick/gloss, but this one is different. Covergirl has come up with some great products over the years, this one included. Love the name of the shade too; No Care Bare. In conclusion, I would recommend this. It says it gives a high-gloss shine without all that stick, well bravo Covergirl, you stuck to your claim and didn't lie. Overall, this product is worth looking into. Thank you Covergirl for make great products.

I've tried this product, and I found that it claims to do what it says. I love the scent too. Worth looking into. What it says on the back of bottle: Formula tested under dermatological supervision Botanical-based ingredients~purified aphloia extract, aloe vera extract, macadamia oil. It also says this below this on the bottle as well:
1) Instantly soothes sun-weary skin, thanks to its Aloe Vera-enriched formula.
2) Lastingly re-hydrates skin.
3) Preserves and beautifies your tan. Skin is left velvetly, ultra-soft to the touch.
Directions on how to use product: Apply generously to face and body after each sun exposure.
Overall, I love this product. It has a nice, not overbearing light scent to it.

When I first opened the bottle of shampoo, I thought i smelled coconut, I was mistaken. I could detect a scent similar to orange zest. Compared to other shampoos I've used in the past, this one was nice and thick and creamy, which means that I had to use much less than I'm used to. (That's a good thing). After using this product once i noticed a change in my hair's appearance, mainly the ends where they are the most dry. As for the shampoo bottle being only 250 mL, I guess it's an okay size (could be a little bigger). Since the shampoo is thick and not thin like most shampoos, it's worth it to say that the product would last a while. I did find them a bit pricey thoug. Only available at a salon is a major downfall. If let's say they were sold in let's say Shopper's Drug Mart and/or other stores that sell shampoo and the like, and it were cheaper, more people would buy it. In conclusion, I would recommend these products and I give them two thumbs up! -

The masque for the hair was just a bit too thick for me. I also didn't like that it came in a round container; i would've preferred it to be in a bottle like the shampoo. After just one application of using both the products, I noticed a change in my hair; especially my ends, where they have a tendency to be very dry. However, since the products have a thick consistency, they would last a long time, in other words, the products pay for themselves. Overall rating two thumbs up! -
