My mom bought some Dove Go Fresh "rejuvenate" (the one with a pear on the label) and hated the smell, so she gave the soap to me. I was pleasantly surprised. I actually like the smell, so I enjoy using it. Previously, I'd avoided Dove because I found it melted very quickly in the shower, but if you put it in a soap dish that drains, it lasts longer. I don't know what it costs, but it's most likely affordable. I probably wouldn't buy it again only because I prefer fruity scents. -

I've been using this product for 30 years and see no reason to stop. Obviously, my skin has changed from 20-something to 50-something, but it's still rather oily and this cleanser does what I need it to. It leaves my skin clean but not stripped, and a little goes a LONG way. It's not cheap, but it will last you a year or maybe longer. It has no scent and doesn't foam excessively. I'll probably use this forever! -

As for dandruff control, I can't say it's very effective, and I've tried a number of products (none of them are all that good). What I really dislike is the smell of this shampoo. It's got a coal tar base, so it smells more like something you'd put in your car engine than on your head. And the smell doesn't go away when you rinse it out. Nor does the dandruff! -

There are little flecks of something that provide exfoliation, and the soap is gentle enough to use on my skin. The soap is hard-milled and long-lasting. I have no idea what it cost, but it's probably too expensive to use regularly. -

I absolutely detest the feel of sunscreen on my body, so last year I tried this product and loved it. Read the directions, though: you're supposed to spread it on your skin after you've sprayed it on. It's not greasy and the smell is minimal. The only thing I'm not crazy about is that the spray will go, well, where you spray it. So if you're spraying your calf in the bathroom, you're probably spraying your toilet, wall, etc. So I hop in the tub and spray myself there. Done! -

I've been buying this product for years, mostly because there are so many choices on the market, I'm overwhelmed. This product doesn't keep my face as matte as I'd like, but I suppose it's good enough. When there's just a bit left in the compact, I take out the chunks and easily grind them into a fine powder, then pour it into a pill bottle. I get a few months' more use out of it. I buy this product also because MAC doesn't test on animals (I think) and they give you a free lipstick with every 5 product containers you bring back. -
