Although the costumer service may vary from location to location, I generally have a pleasant experience in their stores. It's nice that you can take your time to browse and test out all the products at your own ease. Their return policy is very valuable especially for someone with sensitive skin such as myself. BI/VIB/VIB rouge points program is an added bonus to save up points to redeem deluxe sized samples. There are also special events every now and then that keep me coming back to this store. -

The finish is so natural that I sometimes just use this without any foundation when I don't feel like wearing too much make up. Comes in a lipgloss like tube with a doe foot applicator. I personally would prefer it in tube form for hygiene purposes, but overall I'm happy with this purchase. -

The texture of these are amazing, it feels very hydrating and comfortable on the lips and has very good color payoff. This product is comparable to the YSL vernis a levres glossy stains. So this is a good product to try before shelling out for the high end counterparts. -

Formula is creamy and the finish is not really matte, which is okay for me but not recommended for those looking for and expecting it to be a matte lip pencil. Feels comfortable on the lips, not too heavy. I sometime use this underneath bold lip colors to help the bold color pop. Lasting power is not bad. I normally reapply after meals. Overall I do enjoy this product for an everyday lip color. -

Recently picked up the nail color in Rouge Altesse 999, a true patent red color. Very impressed with the formula of this color. The color is very opaque and the finish is quite shiny. I could get away with just one coat. Also find the lasting power is quite nice, I only found a few scratches after a week of wear. However, I'm not a big fan of the brush, I found it to be a bit too thick and full, had some time to get used to it. But I'm very happy in terms of the formula of the polish. -

The consistency of the foundation is creamy but thin and blends out easily with a flat foundation brush. I've also applied it with a beauty blender with ease. The coverage is medium but buildable. The finish is very natural/slightly dewy and wears well throughout the day on my oily combination skin. Although it's quite an investment, I like that you can purchase the refill when you're finished with the product. -
