First off, I want to clarify that the sample provided to test and review came in a tiny sample packet with only enough for one application. So I’m unable to say anything about product packaging. I also can’t say if this product would cause my skin to have breakouts or determine how hydrating it is. I would want to test it for at least a few days before deciding if it worked for me. Because of this, I can’t say for sure that I would purchase this product. Perhaps if I found a good sale.
Here’s what I can say, though. It has a pleasant scent to it that seemed a bit strong, at first, but I quickly got used to it. It has a nice consistency and spreads well over your skin. I typically use Laneige’s water cream and find this has the same feel. Even over an hour after application my skin feels very sticky.
I used this product as part of my night time routine and would be open to trying it again in the future.

This is a great drugstore mascara! Gives excellent volume and length without being clumpy. The waterproof version is my go to for pool and beach days. It stays on all day and looks great
