My daughter liked the Mango Peach flavour. It's an easy snack to put in her lunch. Nice that it has extra fibre, but it doesn't seem to alter the taste which is nice.

We got the neon coloured consoles because it's easier if people take a break they know which one is theirs when they return. A minor thing but they're usually the same price so might as well have this convenient feature.
Games are rather expensive and the basic console doesn't come with any games like some other game consoles. You can often find used ones or new ones unopened on Kijiji or Auction sites. They may sell for the same price or $5 less but you can at least save tax. Or swap games with others, a great way to go if you're not sure if you'll love the game or not.
Overall an expensive toy but one that should last a long while.

I bought this for my 11 year old daughter, hoping to start her off with something lighter, not too scented and not full of chemicals. It's a nice scent. I do notice that she definitely has some body odour by the end of the day so it's not that... +

It's a nice scent. I do notice that she definitely has some body odour by the end of the day so it's not that strong. She has to reapply it if we're going out again in the evening.
Overall nice that it's natural, Canadian and does an OK job as long as you don't mind to reapply since it's not that strong.

It is surprising how much it hurts at first. It's mostly just shocking and once you get used to it it's not too bad.
I did use the more open head and tried it on my legs. I let the hair grow quite long so it had something to grab on to. It was NOT a pleasant experience, that's for sure. And it did take quite a long time. But! It pulled the hair out by the root, (hence the pain) but hardly anything has grown back in over a week.
I am not brave enough to try my underarms or bikini area yet, but I'm hoping to work myself up to that. But for the face/upper lip area it's great, and if you can stand it, for legs too.

I was looking for a Canadian made, eco-friendly product for my child. I had tried the hand soaps but not the shampoos. It's more expensive than normal shampoos, but I do find the quality is excellent. I have found it on sale many times at well.ca so it's good to check on that site every so often.
After going through many bottles I could now go back to a less expensive shampoo, but now I'm very happy with Live Clean so I continue to buy it.

I bought this toothpaste for my 11 year old daughter, after using toddler type toothpaste for years. I felt it was time to move her into more adult type toothpaste, but she really didn't like the taste of what she calls 'spicy' adult toothpastes. We've tried various flavours of the Green Beaver brand. She likes the Green Apple one the best because it's probably the mildest, vs something like the Anise which has more licorice type flavour.
I really like that it's Canadian.
The only thing is that since it doesn't have a lot of flavour and therefore little smell, it's hard to know if your child has actually brushed their teeth, unlike with a minty flavour that you can easily smell. She does mouthwash right after though so still gets that minty freshness. Her teeth are good according to the dentist and she doesn't mind brushing her teeth at all which is the main thing.
I'd like to keep with the Green Beaver brand and maybe move more into a mint flavour when she's older.
