I buy a 2L bottle from Lobaws or Independent for $1, which is an amazing price. The lemonade is carbonated so you get that fizzy consistency in the drink. Each portion of 250 mL is 0 calories, which is great for those watching their calorie consumption or who don't like drinking away their calories. The taste is sweet but not overly so. It reminds me of fizzy lemonade. There isn't an artificial or lemon zest/bitter taste to the drink. It's very flavourful and tastes amazing on ice. I can drink a little and it curbs my thirst for pop. I'll keep buying this again and again, so long as they seem it. It doesn't taste like diet to me. -

I buy a 1L bottle for $1 at Wal Mart. It is clear in colour which I like as I try to stay away from strong colored dyes in my drinks. This water has bubbles in it to mimic the consistency of pop, but without being overly bubbly. It tastes like a sweet candy peach. Sometimes if I drink too much at once, I feel a bit queasy because of the sweetness. I like to drink this best over a lot of ice. If you're looking for a sweet drink without the calories, give this a try.
Be careful as sometimes when I open my bottle, the drink explodes out a bit. One trick I found is to open the cap on the bottle just enough to let some air in, then let the drink settle a bit before completely opening it. This will stop spills from happening.

I love to get this in the summer and drink it over ice. The drink is calorie-and sugar-free, though it does contain aspartame. It is refreshing and fizzy. There is a cherry sweetness, without having that medical cherry taste. I've tried some sparkling "flavoured" drinks that barely have the taste of the fruit they are meant to mimic, but this is NOT the case with this one. There is the right amount of fizz that reminds me of pop but does not cause my sensitive stomach to bloat and feel icky. I like that there is no coloured dye. I will keep buying. Only problem is it's addictive. -

This gravy is thinner and runnier in consistency than the Poutine Gravy offered by Club House. It is great poured on chicken or mashed potatoes. It can also be used in stews for a delicious results. When making poutine, this gravy is only good if you like a thinner gravy that doesn't necessarily thickly coat the fries. -

It does sometimes take a while and feel like the gravy will never thicken- but hang in there as this is the hardest part. The gravy consistency is in between runny and slightly thick. It is well seasoned and tastes great with poutine, mashed potatoes, or poured over chicken/turkey. This can also be used in casseroles and stews. Combine the mix with cooked ground beef or chicken, add the frozen vegetables, and then top with mashed potatoes. After this, it is ready to bake.
It can be purchased at Wal Mart for around $2 a packet. It contains less salt, which is great as seasoning mixes contain quite a bit of sodium regardless. It can be stored in the cupboard for quite a while without going bad.

This marinade mix is simple and delicious. It can be purchased at Wal Mart for around $2. All you have to do is box together oil, vinegar, and water. Then add the meat and make sure the mix gets all over. The marinading meat is then left in the fridge for 1 to 24 hours. The longer it is marinaded, the stronger and better the flavour. I like to use this marinade with boneless, skinless chicken, as it gives a steak flavour profile to the chicken. This keeps the chicken extremely tender and juicy. I will keep buying this seasoning. Everyone in the family loves it. -

Each pack comes with a fair bit of mini tortilla chips, a package of thick nacho cheese sauce, a round container of salsa, and a small pack of nerds for dessert. The tortilla chips are crunchy and mildly salty. The cheese sauce is thick and cheesy. It reminds me of a sharp cheddar cheese sauce like Cheese Wiz, which I really enjoy. The chips are easy to dip and are not messy. This is an easy lunch idea for kids or adults.

This yogurt is creamy and delicious. It is in between a thick Greek yogurt and a thin regular yogurt in terms of texture. The yogurt has a prominent banana taste which reminds me of banana popsicles. At the bottom of each container is a chocolate sauce, which is meant to be mixed in with the yogurt. The chocolate sauce is fairly thin in consistency. The taste is sweet with a mild bitterness. I enjoy eating these frozen-- I put them in the freezer and one out about 1 hour prior to eating it. It unfreezes very well and reminds me of frozen yogurt.
I bought a pack of this yogurt from Sobey's when I found it on sale for $2.99. Each pack comes with four individual containers of yogurt. The usual price at Wal Mart is around 3 for $10.

This tastes nice and refreshing when put with a lot of ice in the summer. It tastes like sweet cherry with the fizz of pop. There is a fair bit of fizz but not too much as I've found to be the case with other brands, especially since I have a sensitive stomach. I like that there's no coloured dye in the drink. I will continue to purchase this flavour. i also like the Key Lime flavour. This drink has zero/limited calories per portion. -
