This is a bit of an interesting moisturizer. Most moisturizers are creamy, and when you spread them on your face, they soak in pretty quickly. This is more of a gel moisturizer, so it spreads easily, but leaves a gel film on your face (but I think it does indeed moisturize). The biggest thing for me that I noticed was that it made my skin burn quite a bit when I first put it on. I don’t usually have very sensitive skin, so I was surprised, but I never had any redness or irritation from it otherwise.

I like that this has UVA and UVB protection and that it’s a non-greasy formula; I was able to get through most of my day without looking like I had a greasy forehead. My biggest complaint is that it is grainy when you rub it on your face, and it does leave a white residue for quite a while, until it seeps into your skin. I would still buy it in the future, but is a bit of a turn off.

I’ve tried a couple of exfoliants in the past, and some of them are just watery and don’t feel like they’re doing anything. This one definitely feels like it’s working, and has made a significant difference in my acne. A little goes a long way, so the product lasts quite a long time too. Heads up: it may make your skin tingle a little bit, so just be prepared that if you have a lot of open acne, it might burn a little bit.

I’m not usually a cream wash user, so it took a little while to get used to the fact that this does not foam up, but I’ve used it for a few days now and it leaves my skin feeling clean, and the benzoyl peroxide helped clear my skin to clear up already. A warning though, benzoyl peroxide bleaches towels, which I didn’t realize until using this product. So make sure that you’re using a white towel if you’re going to use this product on your face. It has definitely helped with some of my stubborn acne and isn’t harsh on my skin either.

It has a pleasant scent to it and isn’t too thin, so it’s not running off your face as soon as you put it on. Would recommend trying it at least once. -
