Aside from his Kong, his West Paw Hurley is the only toy he hasn't completely destroyed. He's had this toy for probably 4 years and it only has little nicks taken out similar to the Kong. I do recommend!! -

I usually make my own protein shakes in the morning, but when I see packs of SlimFast for on sale I usually stock up a few as they are much easier to grab when I have a rushed morning. ALWAYS DRINK COLD... (just like you would any other protein shake made from milk or almond milk), it tastes much better than at room temperature. I actually really like the vanilla flavour (I usually try to buy the High Protein Slim Fast). I drink one around 5:00am when I first get up and it keeps me full just long enough to get to my mid morning snack around 9:00... that's pretty good. -

I left on for about 30 minutes (longer than the suggested 15 minutes) and it left my skin plump and hydrated. The directions say to massage excess moisture into skin hut I found that left my face tacky so after 15 minutes I rinsed it off and my skin looked and felt great!! -
