I recently tried Swiss Naturals Cran-Max, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. The capsules were larger than I anticipated, making them difficult to swallow. I also didn't notice any significant benefits after using them consistently for a few weeks. The formula claims to support urinary tract health, but in my experience, it didn't seem to have much of an effect. Additionally, the aftertaste was unpleasant, which made it hard to stick to the daily regimen. Overall, I was disappointed with this product and wouldn’t recommend it to others looking for an effective cranberry supplement. -
