It was horrid!


I asked for a short v-cut of layers for my daughter. I also asked for many layers.


This is what she did:

2 layers.

my daughter said it was very hurtful.

her hair came out tangled and a huge ball of curly hair on her head.

her hair was completely damaged.

all that for 20 bucks-totally less than its price.
BTW my daughters hair used to be very soft, but it became coarse.

The only thing that helped was hair serum, blow drying for 3 long hours every week.
