Moreover, its texture is incredibly smooth and applies smoothly to the lashes. Even when wet, the volume is maintained, and it doesn't wash away easily; just a few small flakes may come off. Additionally, it has a heat-proof feature, so I don't think it would smudge even in high temperatures or when sweating in the summer. In short, this product can be described as “blooming your eyelashes like a flower." -
