Great product for kids. The quick desolve makes it easy for traveling, camping or leave in the car. No water needed. My son enjoyed the taste and did not complain.

I have suffered from insomnia my whole adult life. After a few days of adding magnesium I not only slept better but fell asleep faster even with kids still being awake. I would strongly recommend this product. I want to try the probiotic next.

My 9 year old tool some convincing to try this. He eventually did and said the flavor was good. I saw no changes with his dental health but perhaps a longer time will proof different.
