I am very disappointed with the service/treatment I received at Aloha Nails on June 4th. I got a shellac nail treatment but was seriously injured by the manicure drill. It broke deeply through the skin on my finger and bled. It was very painful and uncomfortable. The woman doing my nails did not seem to care at all and I was concerned about it getting infected due to the lack of care and cleanliness taken. Multiple coworkers came by to look at it, however I wasn't offered or granted any type of discount. Not even given an apology.. The sad part is that I really liked the other nails, but my injury ruined the experience and the look of the finger that I hurt. I don't think it's fair that I paid full price when I was hurt due to the carelessness of the employees. Because I am a teenage girl, they took advantage of me and acted condescending. I'll make sure to spread the word about the carelessness of this company, and don't worry, all my friends were shocked that a 'reputable company' could treat a customer the way that I was. -
