I sampled these at an event in Toronto and that tiny 1/3 of a roll was great. But, I was thinking there was no way the at-home product was going to live up to it. So after finding out none of the stores in my area were carrying these yet I drove 50 km to the next major city to find some. I am thrilled to say it was worth it! Basil is absolutely packed into this roll to give it such a fresh flavour. I really love the thinner long style of spring roll, it give a great balance of crunch and filling. The only tiny detail for me is that there could be more flavour of shrimp since it is a shrimp spring roll. -

These were an absolute delight. I'm not a huge fan of fruit-filled croissants. I find they often go wrong. The filling leaks and burns. There's not enough filling. The layers get flattened..... PC nailed it on all aspects with this one. It's still a flaky deliciou croissant with crispy outer layers and melt in your mouth inner layers. The filling didn't leak on any of the croissants. The filling was delicious and it felt like there was a decadent amount of it. Absolutely recommend! I'd still like to see more in a package. -

It's not often the at-home product looks as good as the beauty shot on the box, but this one did. They looked pretty enough that two of my kids agreed to try some (and my kids try nothing!). Overall it was okay, but I was really hoping for a great on this one. Don't let me turn you off. This is absolutely a solid appy. It's definitely worth putting on the holiday tray for the family. But, it's not the show stopper. It needs a bit more cheese to get there and the cranberries needed to be fresher and have that pop! -
PC All Butter Croissants
This is a great tasting flaky croissant. Totally delivers on it's promise to take your tastebuds to a french baker. Lots and lots of layers. Definitely needed to eat it over a plate to avoid wearing the flakes. Lovely buttery melt in your mouth... +

There are only 4 in a package. Which is okay given the price point. I'd prefer to see 6. -

I LOVE olives! I did not love these olives. I read the directions on the box carefully and noted the warning that overcooking could make the filling leak. I undercooked by 1 minute. The filling still leaked. The cheese is okay, but nothing remarkable. The olives are okay, but again, not remarkable. Unfortunately the bredding they are wrapped in is quite bad. It's not crispy. It's not quite crunchy. But, it's definitely not soft. Does it have cornmeal in it? That might explain the texture.... which in my mind is not a nice texture. Nor is it a nice taste.... and it has an off after taste. This one is a miss for me for the PC Holiday Insider's Report. -
