Over the years, many cigarettes and cups of tea and coffee later, my teeth have obviously struggled to maintain their natural pearly whiteness. Years ago, the first time I tried quitting smoking, my dentist gifted me with a tooth whitening kit. It did wonders, of course.
I started smoking again and should mention that I'm also a very heavy coffee drinker. I recently purged the cancer sticks of my life, and did a lot of researching about teeth whitening. To my surprise, everyone online, and those I asked, were highly recommending the Crest White Strip line of products, and swearing by them. The only negative comment I heard was that a lot of people have a pretty large sensitivity to them, and many even have to take breaks between applications. My teeth are already in need of a bit of work I keep postponing (a couple of cavities, I believe), so I was cautious.
The first time I applied them, it took a bit of trial and error to get them to sit properly on my teeth, but I quickly figured it out. The stuck to my teeth perfectly; no sliding, or bunching. I was surprised that they don't cover your back teeth, but I don't tend to flaunt my molars in public anyway. I took them off after the 30 minutes and I will deftly say there was some difference already in the shade of my teeth. I noticed the same after the next couple of applications, but nothing after that. I continued using them for the full 14 days, and even did another round of it three months after the first, and nothing. I think my teeth are just too stained, or I'm looking for a miracle.
What I will say is that I had absolutely no sensitivity issues whatsoever, which I was expecting. I used them once daily.
I think I saw a tooth whitening deal on Groupon I'll check out... ;)

I love a lot of Loreal products, and have been using Voluminous Mascara my entire life. I was naturally interested in their new Lash Paradise Mascara, and thought I'd try the liquid liner to go with it. Well, I'll start by saying that I am not used to that type of tip on a liquid liner, have never been able to master it, so I gravitated towards a brush. I have tried the tip itself, and it would be great for tightening, I'm just terrible at that. So, I did what I could with the brush, wiping the liquid off of the tip with my liner brush. I applied it as I always do, and struggled. Even AS I was applying it, it started flaking off on me. This continued throughout the whole makeup application process. I had to go over it with another one before I left the house. The same thing happened when I used the tip on its own. There's many other similar products to there that actually work. I don't recommend this one. -

I love this product as it isn't just a dish detergent... It's the best stain remover I've ever come across! Also... Baby ducks. I met my husband over 5 years ago, and when we got to the phase of your relationship where we started spending more and more time at each other's places and leaving items behind, he brought over a bunch of toiletries one day. Inside his overnight-bag-to-stay was a bottle of Dawn dish detergent. When I asked him what is was for, he said "me". Upon questioning him further, I was told that this is what he showers with, and has his whole life. He wasn't the type of guy that couldn't afford soap, so I was intrigued, especially since he had the PERFECT COMPLEXION! He told me that his grandfather used to do it, his father, and now him. To this day, my beauty-snob of a husband is still washing with his Dawn, and he's always got me guessing in terms of what scent he chose! -

I've been taking the convenient dosing scoop these jugs come with and dissolving a full one in my morning coffee every day for about 8 months now.
This was actually recommended to me by my orthopaedic surgeon last summer after I shattered my elbow and required surgery to help heal my bones. There is little to no taste to it, absorbs fully into any beverage (hot, or cold) that I've tried with it, and I truly believe it has helped aid my recovery process immensely. It makes it so easy to get your required daily dose of protein, among other things.
After I finished my first purchase, I was already seeing the incredible things it was doing to strengthen my hair and nails, as well! My nails had become quite brittle due to my profession, but I'm now growing them LONG for the first time in my life. They don't chip, it's incredible! The only downside I have to mention is that I was hoping for a few more benefits regarding my complexion, but I guess I can't have it all.

I love this product! I'm 32 years old, but am starting to develop fines lines under my eyes, and battle with crow's feet. After about 3-4 night's use, they started to drastically minimize. There's virtually no scent, which I prefer in a lotion. It's not greasy at all, and absorbs very quickly. I hate it when my night time moisturizer ends up all over my pillow! I've been using it for about 3 months now, and I'm on my second bottle. I've found it to be a game-changer! -
