I don’t wear eyeshadow as much as I used to as I am a homebody – my look when I go out is eyeliner and mascara. Also because of my dry eye and MGD I find wearing eyeshadow difficult as the fallout makes my eyes very sore and bloodshot. I bought this as I wanted to wear some eyeshadow and had hoped that this would prevent any problems with my eyes. It did and the eyeshadows not only stayed on all day but looked more vibrant and defined than without. A small amount and I mean a small amount either applied with fingers or a brush goes along way. It gives the eyelid a skin coloured matte finish that grabs and holds into place any eyeshadow that is put on top of it. I found the eyeshadows that I wore blended better and didn’t have the hard edges they were blended into one and another. There was no shadow fall out either. As I don’t wear eyeshadow that much, I would not buy the full size only the travel size. It is a shame that the other variants aren’t available in travel size too. -

My hubby loves this spray. He has confidence that his bald head and hairy arms and legs are protected while out working in the garden during the hottest days in that the UK have seen recently. It does not stick his arm hairs together neither does it leave a white residue. When perspiring it did not run into his eyes as other High Street lotions have. He said it was easily absorbed into his skin with out stickiness and after 20 minutes he was able to get dressed without his clothes sticking to him or leaving marks on his clothes. This is my hubby’s first choice of sun protection all year round as it still gave him a tan which he felt was better than the tan he has had in the past. -

I personally have not used this product, but I have applied it to my youngest son on the school days that he has had sport at school including sport’s day. Also, my hubby has used this when working in the garden or a family barbecue. The youngest son is a red head who like me burns easily. He loves this spray as it does not run when he sweats, there is no residue on his skin and it is applied before school and his friends don’t know what he is wearing protection. My hubby loves this as it does not leave his skin feeling sticky and does not stick to his body hair. As it is applied before going out he does not have to stop every so often to re-apply and working in the garden that is not what he wants to do. It did not run into his eyes when he was perspiring as others have done in the past which made him against wearing any form of sun protection. Both hubby and son will be using this product and any others from the range in the future. -

This is a great all year-round lip protection. It nourishes and hydrates the lip area. This has no colour so both males and females can wear it. I have been wearing it daily, and re-applying as necessary, slightly over the lips to include the areas that have wrinkles. I didn’t realise that the lip area needed protection until using this product during the hot weather the UK has been having recently. My lips weren’t peeling or dry and sore at the end of the day. It will also provide protection for my lips in the winter and when the UK has its typical summer weather of rain. This product has become part of my basic make-up routine as my lips look smoother and softer since using it. -

I had been using a high street brand that in this heat when I perspired the cream would run into my eyes and make them sting. I had seen the shows on QVC UK, they made so much sense. In the past I had used once a day formula on my three children but didn’t like them as their skin always felt sticky and the lotion/gel stained their uniform. I bought this from QVC UK and am so happy that I have. I can use it all over my face, body, décolleté and arms, it’s not sticky or leaves a residue – hasn’t stained any clothes. Best of all when I perspire it does run into my eyes and make them sting. I apply it after cleansing, before getting dressed. I wait an hour to put on my serums then after another hour put on my make-up. I know that not many people will be able to leave an hour between applying products you could apply them after 20 minutes. Yes, I have tanned no I didn’t burn. My youngest is a red head and I have been applying this after he has washed his face before he gets dressed and he hasn’t burned but got more freckles and a lovely golden hew to his skin. -

I know that some people will use it this product whatever the weather, but I used this only when the weather here in the UK was really hot. It is easy to apply to the face, neck and body. It doesn’t leave a white residue on the skin like some can do. The lotion is absorbed into the skin easily leaving no residue. When I perspired it didn’t run into my eyes and make them sting like others have. I applied this once I had cleaned my skin before putting on any serums and moisturiser. If you want to apply make-up, you can. Just wait ten or fifteen minutes after applying the lotion before continuing with your normal skincare and make-up routine. It didn’t affect how my foundation sat on my skin. I think I have found my every day sunscreen whether the weather is hot or cold. -

I have used gradual tans in the past which didn’t give me a natural looking tan. This product gave a natural tan to my pale legs – they don’t tan. The after sun part of the product was cooling on the areas that had gone red and helped reduce the redness. The consistency of the gel is easily absorbed into skin requiring not much rubbing on areas that are delicate due to overexposure from the sun. Best After Sun I have used. -

This was part of the £10 Tuesday on Boots’ website and I had just finished the Fenty cleanser. Great timing. The first time I used it applied it all over my dry face then removed it with a muslin cloth. BIG MISTAKE. It took ages to remove as it foams up when water is added. And I got in my eyes – OMD did it make them sting and were sore for hours afterwards. It does remove make-up, but I now have to use a separate product to remove them to prevent my eyes being sore. After a lot of trial and error I have found that the best way to use this is to put a small amount in the palm of my hand add some water to create a foam then massage it on to my face and removing it with the wet Muslin cloth. It does leave my skin feeling tight or needing moisture straight away. I have also found that if I am feeling low and not wanting to stand in the bathroom to clean my face, I can apply a small amount to one area of my damp muslin cloth and wipe it all over my face to clean it and it works for me. -

This is a rather thick cream and I didn’t think that my skin would absorb it, but it did. I use a small amount that covers my face, neck and décolleté. There is no sticky residue or sheen to the skin like I have had with other moisturisers. My skin feels hydrated and no longer tight at lunchtime. My foundation lasts longer on my skin with and without primer, there are no dry patches or dehydration lines. I will be repurchasing this moisturiser as my skin loves it. -

I love this primer, I cannot feel that it has silicone in it. On the days that I don’t want to wear make-up I will wear this along with Hylamide H A Blur. When applying this product, I wait up to 15 minutes after applying the Hylamide before massaging a small amount into my skin with my fingers rather than using a damp BeautyBlender. It is easily absorbed into the skin and provides a matte base for my make-up. The fine lines I have around my eyes and mouth are less noticeable. My foundation blends better when I use the primer than when I don’t. It lasts all day and doesn’t slip. I have also found that my glasses don’t slip down my nose as often when using the primer. For me it is the best primer I have used and the fact I can wear it without make-up is a bonus and will be re-purchasing it. -
