This is the first retinoid product that I have used, and I am only using it twice a week at night until I finish this bottle and decide whether I will go to three times a week when I buy my next bottle. After cleansing my skin and applying Buffet and apply this product in the same way as I do with Buffet. Three drops onto palm on one hand then spread between both, patted onto the skin then massaged into my face, neck and décolleté paying particular attention the areas of concern so lines around my mouth and orbital bone. In the morning I have noticed that my skin looks better, smoother. The lines are slowly looking less noticeable. I would recommend this product if you want to try retinoids. I definitely be repurchasing this. -

The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7%
My hubby and I have used two other companies’ versions of Glycolic Acid Toner – Pixi and Marks & Spencer. This product has a higher percentage of Glycolic Acid than the others we have used. I have noticed there is a stronger tingly sensation when using this, but my hubby hasn’t. We use it three times a week. I have noticed that my skin looks and feels healthier, my make-up goes on evenly and lasts longer. My hubby suffers from pimples and using this has helped reduce the severity and the duration of the pimple. He has also noticed that his oil production is more under control when using this regularly.

I am using shade 1.0P which is one of the lightest shades and has a pink undertone. I thought I had chosen the wrong shade as I have a neutral undertone to my skin, but this blends well into my skin and provides a natural semi-matte finish ideal for every day wear. It lasts all day with or without using a primer, it can be any primer you have it doesn’t have to be one of the Ordinary primers. It tones down the redness in my cheeks and nose without hiding my freckles which I love. It is the perfect foundation when you want a natural casual make-up look rather than a smart make-up look. One pump covers one half of my face evenly using my fingers or my BeautyBlender or brush. If I have applied it using my fingers or BeautyBlender I always buff it into my skin with a brush. It does not settle in my fine lines and wrinkles. Yes, I would re-purchase it and have, I have purchased 1.0N to see what the difference on my skin is. -

This feels like single cream and I don’t think it will give me the coverage I want. I am wrong this foundation blends well using either my fingers or my damp BeautyBlender. It tones down the redness in my cheeks and nose without hiding my freckles. It evens out my skin and doesn’t sit in any fine lines that I have. My skin does not feel as if I have any foundation on and lasts all day with or without using a primer underneath. I like the fact that if I want to build coverage in areas I want without it looking thick or moving the foundation I have already applied. It has a semi- matte finish which I love as it looks natural without looking cakey. I love the fact that I can use the same colour in both the Serum and Coverage without having to remember what the colour is called. Because of the formula there maybe two or three shades that I can wear but I haven’t tried YET! Re-purchase them – yes of course they are the best foundation that I have found. -

After cleansing, this is the first serum in my new regimen thanks to the guys at The Ordinary I apply three drops to the palms then spread between both palms before gently patting the product around my face, neck and décolleté. Once I have done this I massage the product in, paying particular attention to the areas I am concerned with e.g. the lines around my mouth and orbit bone. It doesn’t leave a residue. My skin does not feel dry or sticky as some serums I have used in the past have left my skin. The décolleté and neck area which I have neglected until now are smoother and brighter. I will be repurchasing this product as I love the way my skin looks when I use it and my hubby gives me compliments which is rare. -

I have noticed an improvement in the brightness of my skin tone, the fine lines I have around my eyes and mouth are too reducing in appearance. My skin feels soft and nourished. Whenever I use this product people comment on how well I look. Hubby always says that he can tell when I have used it as my skin looks brighter. Just on that compliment alone I will be repurchasing this product as my hubby doesn’t give out compliments. -

This is a weekly ritual for my hubby and I to use this product. Hubby has oily skin and I have dry/sensitive skin. We have both noticed in a difference in the skin tone and brightness of our skin. Hubby’s skin isn’t as oily as it was. There is a slight tingling when this applied in a thin layer all over the face and neck – I also put it on my décolleté. The ten minutes you have to wait before removing it using warm water and a damp cloth to me is enough -any less and I don’t think the results would be great, any more and you might be very sun sensitive. The mild crepiness of my décolleté has improved. We will be repurchasing this product as we both have noticed a difference in our skins since using it. -

I use this product at least twice a week when I am not using Glycolic Acid or a Retinol. The smell at first put me off. I have noticed that my rosy red cheeks are not as red as they have been. My skin doesn’t seem to be misbehaving at the time of the month which I get the occasional spot. This absorbs into the skin easily and has enough slip to allow you to spend time massaging it in if you use facial massage to tone your skin like I do. The texture of my skin has also improved I don’t get the sore bumps on my chin. I believe everyone should have a form of Rose Hip Oil in the skincare arsenal and I have tried the Dr Botanical’s one too. People are commenting on how my skin looks, the health of my skin has improved. -

I have used this for a week on the nights I do not use a Glycolic Acid Toner or a Retinol. This is a light oil that absorbs quickly into the skin without any residue. I applied this after using the Hydra Mist and Buffet before Natural Moisturising Factors. When I woke up the next morning my skin felt and looked radiant and healthy. I didn’t look like I had three hours sleep but I had had eight hours sleep. To see the benefits, to me, I would use this when my skin needs a bit of help as the other products I use from the range are working brilliantly for my skin. I will be repurchasing this oil. -

This is for when I feel that I need to leave off my Skin+Me prescription and my hubby uses it to when he has a patch of spots, and his skin feels and looks oily. Soak one cotton pad with the lotion. Quick swipe over, turn the cotton pad over swipe all over the face and you are done. There is a mild tingle I will not lie but it is not too unbearable and goes within minutes. I use it at night if the tingle is lasting longer than normal, I will apply a moisturiser but that is not often. In the morning, the peeling from the Skin+Me prescription is not noticeable, and my morning routine seems to sink into the skin better than those mornings where I have not used this the night before. -
