The thing that really drew me to this product was that it's supposed to really help with blackheads and clogged pores. Honestly, clogged pores really are the bane of my skincare existence and I've never found a product that has been able to rid me of them - Until now, that is. In the month that I've been using this product, I've seen a significant shift in my skin and those little white bumps that used to drive me crazy and be impossible to deal with have been starting to disappear more and more and I definitely attribute that to this product. I can also say that I think this product has diminished the appearance of my pores overall. Not gonna lie, I feel a little bit like my eyes have been opened in the last year or so to the wonders of BHA on my particular skin and this has been my favorite product that I've tried.
I like to use a good amount of this on a cotton pad and start with my cheeks, where I get clogged pores, and then do my forehead and chin, avoiding the sensitive skin around my eyes. I follow this with a toner mist, and then serums and moisturizers as per my usual routine.
One note that I will give is that I don't personally recommend using this twice a day, because I feel like it could overwhelm the skin a bit. Of course, this is just my opinion. I prefer to use this at night because I do find that it can make my skin look a little bit red right after I use it and I prefer to just take my skin to bed after that. And then in the morning? Skin looks great!

You guys... This product is so great! Admittedly, my feet have been a mess recently. Last winter was particularly hard on my feet and left them feeling dry and cracked moving into flip flop season, which always tends to require a little more foot care than usual. Honestly, my feet were not looking or feeling cute and I tended to hide them in the bed so that they wouldn't brush against my boyfriend. I know, right?
I like to use this before I get in the shower. I just sit on the edge of the tub for a few minutes and move this slowly around all of the contours of my heel before moving along to anywhere else that my feet have dryness or callouses. It's incredibly satisfying to see the dust coming off my feet and also to see the rough texture and just general unattractive appearance of my feet change before my eyes. This thing is just. so. easy. I'm much too lazy to sit there with a traditional file and shave away at my feet for what seems like forever with minimal results, but this is just a million times faster and more effective than a traditional foot file. Also, it removes callouses and dead skin easily so there's no danger of damaging healthy skin when using this.
So would I recommend it for the price? YES. Honestly, it's a little spendy for a foot file, but the amount of time you'll save and the results that you'll get is completely worth the cost. You can also order replacement heads when the one that is included loses its efficacy, which means that you really could keep this baby around for years (hopefully!)

I love this stuff. This serum has a slightly creamy consistency and bears an iridescence that brings some subtle luminosity to the skin. The claims on this product are to give an even, illuminated complexion, to refine pores and help keep skin tone even and rested looking. I particularly like using this as a morning serum because I feel like it really does bring some life and light to my face that lasts throughout the day, while actually doing really good things for my skin. I feel like this is a great serum for my skin type as well as my skin needs based on my age and lifestyle. I will definitely be picking this up again in the future once this one runs out! -

This is a brand new product in the VICHY IDÉALIA range that claims to give help in night time repair of your skin - even when you're not getting quite enough sleep. Since so many of us have busy lives that keep us from getting quite as much rest as we need, I think this is a brilliant idea. This product has a light, gel-cream consistency that doesn't feel at all heavy on the skin. I like to use this at night (obviously) a few times a week to really help my skin look rested and fresh in the morning. I've used quite a few overnight masks in the past year, and this is by far my favorite because it gives me great results without feeling like a heavy layer on product on my skin. This, too, is a product that I will repurchase in the future. -

This foundation is one of the best in the drugstore. I use the normal to dry skin formula, which I find a little bit lighter and more comfortable on the skin, and it still gives amazing coverage and a long lasting matte finish to the skin.
