It doesn’t even smell like sunscreen which is the best part. Also there is no oil that comes out which I get sometimes with some sunscreen. Also it isn’t tacky or sticky. It’s like a combination of sunscreen and moisturizer! -

So I am one of these people that doesn’t drink enough water. Mio really helped change the taste of water and I wanted to drink more of it. I just added about 3 drops or so. Down side is for the amount u get it’s expensive.

I would say I use it 3 times a week. I don't if the commercial is true and it traps odors, but I do know that it leaves the room smelling fresh and renewed. Personally, I get the vaule pack from Costco, rather than the individual. -
