I registered for an account on Voila and was able to start my order with ease. I was able to search for all the items from the search bar and was provided with several brands to choose from. I liked that sale items were clearly marked as well, so I could see how much the items were on sale for. Once completed, I was able to proceed with processing the order by choosing my preferred time for delivery; there were a lot of time options to select from. The website also had a list of items for me to consider adding to my order before checking out, which I thought was helpful, in case I forgot something I would normally buy together with another item. The checkout was easy, I entered my credit card information and my Scene was already linked from my profile set up.
The following day, I had to make a change on the order and I was able to complete the change on the website prior to the cut off time.
When it was time for delivery, the driver called before arriving to my house to make sure I was home to receive the order. I received everything all neatly packaged. The driver was polite and on time.

This is a great daytime moisturizer. I find that I am sensitive to some fragrances and appreciate that there is none for this moisturizer. It convenient that it has SPF 30, so I don’t have to apply two different products to cover my moisturizer and SPF. When I first opened the tube, I was concerned with the colour of the moisturizer, but it didn’t show up when I applied it to my skin. With SPF, I’m always concerned with white casts. Even though this moisturizer has SPF in it, it doesn’t have a white cast and the moisturizer blended in quite well with my skin. The formula had a smooth finish and didn’t feel greasy. As someone who breaks out easily, I was pleased that this didn’t cause any new breakouts. I would definitely repurchase once this tube runs out since it moisturizer and protects me from the sun. -

Once I cleanse my face and add toner, I wait until my face is dry before sticking the pimple patch on my face. I find the pimple patch protects the pimple from further infection and it seems to flatten the pimple by the next morning. The pimple is not completely gone, but it does show significant improvement and I believe it helps my skin heal more quickly with it than without it. -

The cleanser itself is great. It is gentle, doesn’t make my skin breakout and does not make my skin feel dry after cleansing. If any sunscreen or makeup is used, the normal double cleansing method should be used as this is a light cleanser. The best part of this product is that it is a refill, so I can refill my cleanser bottle and reduce the amount of plastic. -

The cleanser is nice for my sensitive skin. It is very gentle and my skin doesn’t feel stripped or dry after cleansing. I break out quite easily and did not have any breakouts switching to this cleanser. I do have to double cleanse with an oil cleanser if I wear sunscreen or makeup to get all the product off as it is a light cleanser. -
