I never knew I had under eye lines until I put this concealer on. It is so horrendous, it went into every nook and cranny (which as I said, I didn't know I had!) and just settled there. Instead of smoothing over wrinkles and making them less noticeable, it actually settled in between wrinkles and wrinkled them more, magnifying and amplifying. I actually got sad seeing myself after applying this, I didn't realize I could look that old!! Thank God once I washed that crap off my face looked normal and young again - no more under eye wrinkles, thank you very much!
I would never recommend this to anyone. I can't believe in this day and age this in the market. Why would anyone spend money to look bad? Oh the horror...

Your average blush brush is a round dome, it leaves the guess work of applying blush up to you. I really love this angled brush when applying my blush - I can get it right where I want it. Its shape allows for more precise application, and it's small enough so you don't get blush all over your cheek, and big enough so you don't have to spend too much time applying blush.
I would recommend this brush to anyone looking for a good angle blush brush.
Ps. great for applying contour shades too!

The bristles are dense and thick, and very straight. Makes stippling foundation easy. I bought this brush a few years ago, and loved it from the start. Its just a great quality brush.
However, at $42 a piece, the price is extremely steep. If I wrote this review a few months ago, I would have given this brush two thumbs up and advised you to run out and buy it. I used to swear by this brush until I discovered the Sephora Pro Foundation Airbrush Brush #56. That costs $32 and I find is a much better brush. So anyone looking for a foundation brush, before you shell out your cash for this one, go over to Sephora and check out their #56. It's an even better brush, gives an even better finish, and is extremely easy to use. To top it off, its $10 cheaper. Can't go wrong with that...

I originally bought this blush to apply my Bobbi Brown Colour Corrector. However, I'll be returning the corrector (another story) but not this brush. It is a pure and simple - amazing - foundation brush. I use it all the time, and I'm not very gentle either, but there's no shedding. The bristles are super dense and soft. They are the perfect texture and thickness for foundation application. I'm just in awe of this brush. It makes my foundation really look photoshopped airbrushed on my skin. I was never a fan of foundation brushes until I met this one. This blends the foundation into my skin so well, I'd even go so far as to say it looks *better* than "professionally applied" foundation. You don't see streaks, it doesn't apply too much, it just looks like smooth skin.
The price is very steep but it is what it is ... I would love if it was cheaper, but I don't regret buying it at all. Highly recommend this brush.. it's a must have.

What they say:
The old meets the new with the infusion of our high-performance natural LipSurgence™ technology which is clinically proven to increase moisture content by an astonishing 6000%. This proprietary blend effectively increases skin’s water content for a ‘plumped up’ appearance leaving lips defined, smoothed, and hydrated. The result is naturally fuller, healthier lips without any irritation or stinging.
What it is:
Highly moisturizing tinted lip stain that promises to last all day.
What it doesn't have:
- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Synthetic Fragrances
- Petro-Chemicals
- Phthalates
- GMOs
- Triclosan
What I found:
I don't know if it plumped my lips, or gave it exactly 6000% moisture, but whatever it did, I absolutely loved it.
I have this in the peachy colour "Joy". A beautiful soft peachy orange colour that's very brightening and flattering. It's not a "gloss" but it's glossy. It has a very decent glossy finish without the sticky mess and hair smears that accompanies a gloss. It says "tint" but it really means "moisture rich natural-yet-pigmented-looking colour". It's so smooth and moisturizing, and makes my lips look and feel so incredibly soft. They give a soft, yet bright, sexy bitten look. Very moisturizing, and lasts a long time! The first time I wore this, I actually went to the bathroom a few more times than necessary just to check out my makeup (mostly the lips 'cuz that's what really made a difference!!). Girls, I wouldn't be a good chickfriend if I didn't tell you about this: go and get it right away! go run, before they all sell out!! I've already picked up backups.... man..love, like L-O-V-E love these!
I especially love my original one - Joy. It's absolutely perfect for the bright lips, tangerine lips, etc. fad, for girls like me who doesn't want to do a bright-bright stark tangerine-orange. This is so incredibly wearable, you really haven't tried it until you tried it. It blows other lipsticks out of the water. I can't recommend this enough!
My only complaint is I really wish it had a huge colour selection. I'd be more than willing to use this and only this if it came in more colours.

I've always wanted to jump on the nude bandwagon, but I really never liked the washed out chalky white lip look. I wanted a warm nude that flatters my skintone. Didn't think it was possible, and then I found this.
This is a nude beige colour, that gives me the nude look without making my lips look chalky or washed out. The colour is very warm, and looks great with a neutral face and even better with dramatic eyes.
I absolutely love this colour. Nude looks great when done right. This is definitely right! I highly recommend having a "nude" colour in every girl's collection. Just be careful when choosing the right shade of nude for you.
MAC has a really vast range of lipstick colours, and pretty much every shade, sheen and tint of nude you can think of. the lipstick itself is pretty good quality. Considering how much a moisture rich YSL lipstick costs ($34), I would say the cost of this lipstick ($16) matches the quality - right in the middle of average and high end.
Definitely recommend this lipstick. The colour is beautiful, and quality is not bad at all. For the price, it's just right.

The colour is just so incredible perfect! It's nude, beige, skintone natural with something extra. I've been looking for this exact colour all over Sephora, and when that failed I made my way to the MAC counter to see if they had anything.
The quality of this lipstick is slightly above average, but not the best I've tried. It's not extremely drying, but it's not moisture rich either. It needs to be reapplied as the day wears on, but it doesn't bleed, and pretty much stays put.
I absolutely LOVE the colour. It's the colour that sold me on this product. It's a light pinkish beige nude colour. It's part of their Viva Glam luster collection. There's no chunks of glitter, but it's not matte either.
It's a beautiful colour that can be worn everyday with neutral or dramatic eyes. This colour should be in everyone's collection.

I was always a cheapo NYC liquid liner girl. I thought liquid liner was liquid liner, was liquid liner. Ya, I was wrong.
I tried this courtesy of the UD Book of Shadows IV....and I fell in love. This liner goes on so smooth, precise, thin, looks professional even when I apply it.. I can go on and on. The colour is beautiful and vibrant, and it truly lasts 24/7. It even lasts through me sleeping on my face, waking up the next morning to eyeliner still where it's supposed to be! No eyeliner crumbs on my cheeks when I apply this baby!
I highly recommend this liner for everyone! For all the ladies who think gel liners, liquid liners, etc are too hard to apply - this is for you. For all the girls who think that one liquid liner is as good as another - this one's for you!
Seriously, worth every penny. I just wish it came in a bigger tube.

What are you getting?
This palette comes with 16 full sized eye-shadows (a single eyeshadow usually costs about $17, the whole package costs about $64), 10 of which are brand new to the collection. It also comes with:
-a mini SuperCurl mascara in black
-a mini 24/7 waterproof liquid eyeliner in Perversion (carbon black)
-a mini primer potion
-and a little keychain speaker which you can hook up to your PC to charge using the USB cable (included) and plug it into any headphone jack for big sound. It's a funny quirky little add-on, but I like it. Makes the package extra special.
Now onto the products.
Eyeshadows:
The eyeshadows are typical UD. They're really well pigmented, and the colours are very striking. There are some colours that are so absolutely gorgeous, with the perfect hint of shimmer. They not only call attention to themselves due to their gorgeousness, they also draw attention to my eyes and make them look sexy and sparkly. Gravity (shimmery purple), Lost (shimmer bronzy brown), Baked (shimmery forest green), Cobra (shimmery dark brown), Midnight Rodeo (shimmery bronzy gold), Hijack (shimmery teal) are a few of my absolute favourites. I also love Sin (which is one of the oldies but goldies), it makes a great all over lid colour, and is perfect for a sweet and simple look (great for pinup type looks too). Other colours include Blue Bus (a navy blue), Gunmetal (everyones fav gray), Bender (beigy browny colour), Midnight Cowgirl (shimmery peach), Crystal (shimmery silver-blue), Bust (gold), Missionary (beingy mauve-ish), Skimp (yellow beige) and Zephyr (white). All of which are gorgeous, pigmented, and works great alone or mixed. I'm not a huge fan of mixing eyeshadows and creating 3D looks. They're great for sometimes, but most of the time I prefer one great colour wash all over my lid. Any of these shadows look amazing as a wash. They have so much colour, dept and dimension that you don't have to put extra effort and extra colours to get a great look. I strongly recommend using the primer potion that comes with the box to ensure there's no fallout. Otherwise you get pigmented fallout on your cheeks - not good! The colours are really truly gorgeous. They really are perfect on their own, and despite the shimmer, I find they can be worn everyday without looking too much or overdone. The only downsides are there are no matte options (almost everything is shimmery), and several of the colours have quite a bit of fallout if you don't use them with the primer.
Liquid Eyeliner:
I always thought liquid eyeliner was liquid eyeliner, and would always buy the cheap NYC brand liners. Well, after trying the UD 24/7 liquid eyeliner I definitely stand corrected. This liner goes on so smooth, thin, precise, and stays on all day and all night. It stays on for a crazy long time, especially good for the oily lid sisters. The colour is so vibrant, it really is a huge difference to cheapo-liner girls like me. Did I mention it lasts? It lasts all day, all night, up until I take it off with eye makeup remover. It keeps the vibrancy, and lasts and lasts. Incredible.
Mascara:
The mascara is teeny, but it's gorgeous. Really makes my lashes look thick and curled, and lasts all day.
You're wondering what's up with the speakers...? They're so you can use your smartphone to scan the barcode included in this palette, view the 5 makeup videos that come with this palette, and hear the videos via the speakers. The speakers are really pretty and pack a good quality sound considering their size! It's a really cute little something that adds fun to this already awesome package.
If you can't tell already, I highly recommend this palette to everyone. All girls need an everyday glam shimmer gorgeous colour palette :-)

I was looking for a dupe for the Tarte Amazonian Clay blush in Exposed. I looked through every Nars blush (bought a few meanwhile), MufeHD blush (got that too), and they're all great, but none give the 'look' that Exposed does. I usually tend to steer clear of MAC because I find their products to be low quality and high priced, but I gave in and went to see if I could find my dupe.
I was first matched to the blush "Harmony". The colour was earthy, matte, sort of what I was looking for. The MAC cosmetician actually re-did my makeup with their skin-match foundation and then put this blush on. I wasn't impressed at all. I absolutely hate MAC foundation (don't get me started on that!) so I figured that's the reason why the blush looked so terrible. I didn't want to hurt the poor sweet girl's feelings so I told her I'd check out how it lasts for the rest of the day and come back. I went to Sephora, scrubbed off the yucky MAC foundation, put on my own foundation and went back to MAC for blush only. This time I tried Harmony and it looked too light, sort of ashy on my skin. Not at all what I wanted. I found the next shade deeper blush in Sincere - and bingo. Just what I wanted. Now it's not an absolute dupe for the Tarte "Exposed" blush, but it gives a similar natural effect.
Even on it's own I give this blush two thumbs up. It goes on smooth, has a good formula: doesn't look dusty or chalky at all, and lasts a long time. I would recommend this to those looking for a natural blush (less rosy, more peachy tan) look.
