I have eczema and thia helps but aveeno eczema gel and cream are better choices. You can go for this if you don have major eczema issue like me! Good but not awesome

This is by far the best eczema treatment I have tried. Treated my eczema very fast! Would definitely buy again and recommend to everyone. The gel is actually more soothing than the cream.
